The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), the Vice President, Growth (VP) is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the company’s regional behavioral health sales teams, focused on achieving financial targets, identifying new business opportunities, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continued success. The VP directly manages the Behavioral Health Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Business Development and is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive outreach strategies and managing and achieving key performance indicators for the entire sales organization.    This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales leadership, and behavioral health transformation, requiring a leader who can scale teams, influence stakeholders, and translate market opportunity into sustainable growth. What You’ll Drive * Lead, coach, and develop Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) of Business Development to drive the overall success of the sales organization * Develop and execute a cohesive outreach strategy for the entire sales organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth initiatives * Measure, monitor, manage and report on key sales metrics to track team performance and drive accountability across all regions * Collaborate with RVPs to identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the organization’s market presence * Provide coaching and development support to RVPs, ensuring they meet financial targets and performance expectations * Engage and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers * Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies for growth * Compile and present data and trends to both internal and external audiences * Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales talent within the organization * Provide direct supervision of staff, including assignment of work tasks, coaching and general performance management * Coach, develop and mentor direct reports with an emphasis on building career paths for professional growth * Administer progressive discipline, including corrective action when necessary, to ensure high levels of job performance and compliance with company policy. * Conduct formal performance appraisals for all direct reports and develop action plans for continued development and performance improvement. * Manage payroll activities for direct reports to include timekeeping, approval for time off requests, and other administrative functions. * Other duties as assigned.  What You'll Bring * Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.  * At least 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in a sales environment and at least 2 years of leadership experience, managing sales representatives or teams * Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies * Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex data and reporting * Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions * Experience in a similar leadership role within a large sales organization * Familiarity with sales software, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other sales management platforms * Strong understanding of financial targets and business development strategies * Proven ability to drive, meet and exceed financial targets * Complex Communication -- Frequently communicates complex information and interacts with management.
