In this onsite role, you'll immerse yourself in a collaborative culture that fuses customer-centricity with forward-thinking strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Define revenue, margin, and utilization targets with the Executive Team. • Build and maintain an agile resource model tailored to meet business objectives. • Collaborate with managers to confirm teams have resources to achieve goals while managing cross-team relationships. • Pursue leads, develop compelling proposals, and foster customer relationships to actively grow the EIM practice. • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance service offering and opportunities to refine methodologies to gain efficiency and increase revenue. • Manage and facilitate customer experience while providing exceptional service. • Mentor and optimize team performance and establish clear accountability. • Contribute to industry white papers and attend industry events. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree, preferred, or equivalent industry experience. • Knowledge of engineering and the construction industry. • Experience managing projects in a consulting or managed services capacity. • Knowledge of capital projects which may include Document Control and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) business functions is a plus. • 10 years of experience in project management, change management, and team management. • Proven track record of building high-performing teams, having accountability for project delivery, and providing quality of all EIM projects. • Up to 20% travel.
