You Are: A warehousing management and supply chain professional with strong WMS transformation expertise. You design and deliver warehousing solutions that enhance inventory accuracy, order throughput, and visibility across complex networks. With a solid understanding of warehousing best practices, you excel in system implementation, process improvement, and project management. You're comfortable leading teams and engaging clients to drive operational efficiency. The Work: • Support the design and implementation of WMS solutions to optimize warehousing planning and execution. • Work with clients to assess warehousing needs, identify pain points, and design WMS solutions accordingly. • Assist in system integration projects, ensuring seamless connections between WMS, TMS, and ERP systems. • Conduct data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve warehousing efficiency. • Train and support end-users in WMS functionalities and best practices. • Contribute to business development activities, including client workshops, solution demonstrations, and proposal writing. Qualification Here's What You Need: • Minimum of 3 years in transportation or supply chain management, with at least 1 year of WMS transformation experience. • A Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Bonus Points If: • You hold Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement certifications. • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM, BY, or Manhattan configuration • You have experience in warehousing analytics, AI-driven solutions, and automation. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
