Visit us here to learn more about ​Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects \n THE WORK: You'll prepare comprehensive scopes, RFPs, and manage project budgets. You'll create and manage correspondence, RFIs, Change Orders, and payment applications. You'll administer the Construction Contract from inception through closeout and advise the client on related matters. You'll manage construction scheduling, sequencing, anticipate long-lead items, and monitor critical paths. You'll interface with local building departments for permits and coordinate project closeout with officials. You'll motivate, develop, and maintain subcontractor engagement throughout the project. You'll verify and validate General Contractor receipt of OFCI equipment and enforce health and safety onsite. You'll schedule and conduct Owner, Architect, and CM meetings, including preparing and distributing minutes. You'll review jobsite progress for quality and compliance, and report cost, schedule, risk, and quality issues to leadership. You'll hold weekly production and safety meetings and perform additional duties as assigned. Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Experience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials. Outstanding negotiating skills Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing Must be proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook Organized and detail oriented \n $109,000 - $137,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
