Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects THE WORK: • You'll prepare comprehensive scopes, RFPs, and manage project budgets. • You'll create and manage correspondence, RFIs, Change Orders, and payment applications. • You'll administer the Construction Contract from inception through closeout and advise the client on related matters. • You'll manage construction scheduling, sequencing, anticipate long-lead items, and monitor critical paths. • You'll interface with local building departments for permits and coordinate project closeout with officials. • You'll motivate, develop, and maintain subcontractor engagement throughout the project. • You'll verify and validate General Contractor receipt of OFCI equipment and enforce health and safety onsite. • You'll schedule and conduct Owner, Architect, and CM meetings, including preparing and distributing minutes. • You'll review jobsite progress for quality and compliance, and report cost, schedule, risk, and quality issues to leadership. • You'll hold weekly production and safety meetings and perform additional duties as assigned. • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. $109,000 - $137,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
