Full Description

The work: • Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. • Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. • Research, gather and synthesize information. • Manage direct vendor relationship for the program. • Responsible for overseeing all purchasing needs from a Logistics and Supply Chain perspective and directing the Shared PMO team on which Purchase Orders (POs) and Change Requests (CRs) must be initiated throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage the project's key client deliverable: a Bill of Materials (BOM) that must be maintained with precision throughout the engagement. • Work directly with the client and with subcontracted Lab partners, coordinating technical solution changes and ensuring alignment across all parties.
