We are looking for a dynamic Manager to spearhead agentic commerce transformation initiatives specifically within technology sectors. Your focus will be on assisting consumer goods and retail companies to seamlessly transition into a new era of customer engagement powered by AI-driven agents, conversational interfaces, and intelligent systems. As customer journeys shift away from traditional digital channels, organizations must innovate their approach to product discovery, content management, and data structure to thrive in AI-driven environments. In this pivotal role, you will convert emerging concepts in agentic commerce into actionable strategies and solutions. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with teams across strategy, digital experiences, content, platform integration, and data solutions to enhance product visibility across various AI interfaces and ecosystems, ensuring readiness for agent-mediated interactions. Key Responsibilities: • Define the structure of financial products for AI-driven discovery and client decision-making. • Translate agentic commerce trends into concrete use cases and execution roadmaps. • Develop frameworks that enable clients to engage effectively in AI-mediated customer journeys. • Lead initiatives to enhance product visibility across digital and AI-enabled platforms. • Collaborate with content and UX teams to create engaging user experiences. • Architect structured data frameworks aligned with AI models for efficient retrieval and reasoning. • Establish standards for Agent Communication Protocols (ACP) and API readiness. • Design and implement scalable frameworks for AI-assisted transactions. • Optimize structured data for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) environments. • Implement monitoring frameworks for data quality and technical governance. • Ensure alignment with privacy and compliance requirements for APIs. • Enhance decision-making and customer experiences through effective data structuring. • Lead workstreams, manage day-to-day client interactions, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Basic Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in consulting or digital strategy within the Consumer Goods & Retail industry, specifically in digital transformation and customer experience initiatives. • Experience working with AI-driven customer experiences and digital ecosystem trends. • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and content optimization. • Ability to lead small teams and manage project workstreams effectively. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly. • Passionate about innovation in the Consumer Goods & Retail sector. • Willingness to travel as necessary.
