You Will: Lead strategic growth initiatives within Accenture’s partnership with Google Cloud by originating, shaping, and qualifying cloud-first opportunities built on GCP. Drive Google-aligned co-sell motions and execute joint go-to-market plans in close collaboration with Google account teams, focusing on CMT, H&PS, Financial Services industries and solutions across data, AI, and cloud infrastructure. Build strong working relationships with Google sales, solution, and partner stakeholders, while supporting executive engagement across client accounts. Collaborate closely with Accenture account teams to develop differentiated, scalable solutions that address complex client challenges and accelerate cloud adoption. Contribute to pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue growth, while supporting integrated partner planning and operational rigor across the alliance. The Work: Strategic Business Planning & Growth: You will be a primary owner of the joint business plan with Google Cloud. This involves co-creating and managing a multi-year strategy focused on achieving ambitious targets for bookings, revenue, and joint solution adoption. You will lead the annual planning process, identify new growth areas and markets, and secure the necessary investments from both Accenture and Google to execute the plan. Your role is to ensure the partnership is constantly evolving and aimed at the largest market opportunities. Executive Relationship Management & Governance: You will cultivate and manage a complex network of senior executive relationships across Google Cloud's sales, industry, and product organizations. You will serve as a trusted, "go-to" counterpart for Google's partnership leaders, building the political capital required to influence decisions and unblock challenges. You will also be responsible for establishing and running the operational "rhythm of the business," including leading executive steering committees and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track performance against KPIs and ensure mutual accountability. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Sales Execution: You will be the primary driver translating the strategic business plan into concrete, field-level sales execution. This includes orchestrating joint go-to-market campaigns, developing targeted sales plays for specific industries or solutions, and evangelizing the AGBG's value proposition across both organizations. You will work hand-in-hand with Accenture's sales leadership and Google's sales teams to drive pipeline origination, accelerate co-selling motions, and ensure our joint account teams are equipped and motivated to win together. Joint Solution & Offering Development: While not a technical role, you will act as a key business sponsor for the development of new, differentiated joint offerings. By synthesizing client feedback, market analysis, and competitive intelligence, you will identify market whitespace and build the business case for new solutions that combine Accenture's industry expertise with Google's technology. You will collaborate closely with AGBG solution architects and industry leads to prioritize development efforts that have the greatest potential for market impact and revenue generation. Partner Enablement and Capability Development: You will oversee the strategy for partner enablement, ensuring that thousands of practitioners across Accenture and Google understand the AGBG's offerings and how to work together effectively. This involves collaborating with our learning and development teams to create sales enablement tools, training programs, and communication channels that increase awareness, build mindshare, and cultivate a large community of experts who are proficient in selling and delivering joint AGBG solutions. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here’s What You Need: Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior partner management, business development, or strategic alliance role within the enterprise technology or consulting industry. Minimum 5 years previous Industry experience in Financial Services, H&PS, and/or CMT. Minimum 5 years experience in the cloud computing market (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and the business models of global system integrators with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, revenue-generating partnerships with major technology companies Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and managing joint business plans, setting and tracking KPIs, and leading executive-level business reviews. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates degree, 6 years of work experience. Bonus Points If: MBA or other advanced degree. Direct experience working for or managing a strategic alliance with Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure. A pre-existing network of senior contacts within Google's sales and partnership organizations. Experience in a role with direct sales or pipeline generation targets, with a history of meeting or exceeding goals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior executives from multiple organizations. An "entrepreneurial" spirit, with a proven ability to navigate large, complex organizations to drive new initiatives and achieve results.
