The Service Engineer plays a critical role as the technical face of the company, directly supporting customers and ensuring complex equipment operates at peak performance across diverse environments. Responsibilities: • Perform on-site service assignments at customer facilities, including installation, commissioning, upgrades, and system modifications • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues on complex industrial equipment • Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs while adhering to safety standards and quality procedures • Participate in hands-on training and knowledge transfer to stay current on new systems and technologies • Collaborate with internal engineering, assembly, and service teams to support equipment builds and service initiatives • Serve as a professional, customer-facing technical resource, providing clear communication and solutions in dynamic environments Qualifications: • Associate degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline • 3–5+ years of experience in a technical service, field service, or industrial equipment support role • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within industrial machinery • Proven troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills in hands-on environments • Ability to travel extensively (up to ~70%), often on short notice, with a valid passport • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, adaptable mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
