Job Description Job Description Customer Service Representative (Remote – Phoenix, AZ) Compensation: $17.00/hour This position offers the opportunity to work remotely after completing one week of in-office training. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in call center operations and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. Responsibilities: Manage a volume of inbound calls (50+ per day) Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat Document and resolve cases accurately and efficiently Provide professional, timely, and courteous service to all customers Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Excel preferred Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment Demonstrated reliability, responsibility, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: This is a customer service role with no sales responsibilities Company-provided equipment Background check required 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday - Friday Qualified candidates will be contacted as soon as possible, with same-day or next-day interviews available.
