Your Impact As the Warehouse Associate Team Lead, you’ll ensure the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of our shipping and warehouse operations—driving timely fulfillment, maintaining seamless material flow, and supporting operational excellence as we scale. This role has a $2/hr shift differential. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Lead, train, and mentor Warehouse Associates to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. • Serve as the primary back-up to the Shipping Supervisor, ensuring continuity of shipping operations. • Allocate daily work based on the shipping schedule to meet customer delivery timelines. • Pick, package, label, and palletize finished goods for shipment, ensuring damage-free delivery. • Load and unload trucks, maintain material flow, and ensure inventory is organized and accessible. • Issue and enter packing slips, shipping photos, and order details into the ERP system with accuracy. • Audit outgoing orders to ensure all items are complete, properly packaged, and documented. • Communicate shipping updates, delays, shortages, BOM discrepancies, and quality concerns to the Shipping Supervisor. • Track out-of-stock items and coordinate replenishment to fulfill specific orders. • Partner with the Logistics team to schedule outbound shipments and resolve shipment-related issues. • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and 5S principles. • Drive continuous improvement across shipping workflows and the small parts area. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or shipping supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Forklift experience required. • High school diploma or GED required. • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • High attention to detail with the ability to follow through on assignments and work independently. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to train others and lead projects with minimal oversight. • Experience with ERP systems is a plus. • Additional training or related experience preferred.
