The Role The Senior Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of all paid and owned digital channels to drive measurable growth in leads and enrollments. This role develops and manages a comprehensive digital strategy that increases channel conversions, improves ROI, and strengthens the organization’s digital presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement an integrated paid digital marketing strategy across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, CTV, etc.) focused on lead generation, nurturing, and enrollment conversion. Manage digital agencies that are executing campaigns. MarTech Oversight: Maintain and enhance the marketing technology stack as it relates to digital marketing. This includes managing CRM integration with lead forms, tracking, automation, and analytics to enable efficient campaign execution and accurate attribution. Oversee connected platforms such as marketing automation tools, social scheduling and listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social), Google Business profiles, etc. to ensure all systems are optimized, integrated, and aligned to support marketing goals and data-driven decision-making. Performance Marketing: Lead end-to-end paid media strategy and execution, including campaign planning, budget management, audience targeting, testing, and performance analysis. Analytics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor campaign performance, website metrics, and conversion outcomes. Use insights to continuously refine strategies and demonstrate marketing ROI. Organic & Paid Integration: Align organic social media strategies with paid digital campaigns—ensuring cohesive messaging, leveraging events, and strategically boosting posts to drive engagement and awareness. Team & Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with creative, content, and enrollment teams to ensure a seamless prospect journey from awareness to enrollment. Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continually improve performance and identify new opportunities for growth. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred Proven experience leading digital marketing strategy within a data-driven, performance-focused organization. Expertise in paid media, website management, MarTech, and analytics. Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and digital funnel performance. Exceptional analytical, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
