Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations & Sales Manager to oversee and optimize our junk removal operations while driving revenue growth through business-to-business (B2B) sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both operational management and B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in team leadership, process improvement, and exceeding sales targets. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient daily operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and expanding our market presence within the B2B sector. Responsibilities: Operations Management: • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, routing, dispatching, and job completion. • Ensure efficient utilization of resources (trucks, equipment, personnel). • Implement and maintain operational procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. • Resolve customer complaints and address operational issues promptly and effectively. B2B Sales: • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to target commercial clients (e.g., property management companies, construction companies, real estate agents, etc.). • Attend Weekly and Monthly Networking and Tradeshow events. • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. • Maintain accurate sales records and track sales performance. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective B2B marketing materials and campaigns. Team Management: • Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, laborers, and other operational staff. • Foster a positive and productive work environment. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve operational and sales goals. Technology Proficiency: • Utilize and manage company software for scheduling, routing, CRM, and other operational and sales functions. • Engage with and help Improve A.I. (Automations) Integrations for Operations and Sales. • Stay up-to-date with relevant technology advancements. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in both operations management and B2B sales. • Proven track record of success in achieving operational efficiency and exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and management. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proficiency in using technology and relevant software applications. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver's license 1 and clean driving record preferred. Compensation and Benefits: • Salary Range: $64,113 to $70,899 per year. • Commission Potential: $20,000 to $40,000 per year, based on performance.
