Develop and launch entertainment show formats, manage production logistics, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
Requires 2+ years in digital media with Latino culture expertise and native Spanish proficiency, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.
Job Description: • Develop and launch new entertainment and Latino culture show formats, testing pilot episodes and optimizing successful concepts for repeatable, scalable production. • Contribute to early-stage show branding, including supporting logo development, visual identity direction, and format positioning. • Support in-person productions, including travel as needed, coordinating schedules, scouting locations, preparing production materials, and managing on-site logistics. • Maintain production calendars and coordinate across hosts, crew, editors, and locations to ensure efficient execution and timely delivery. • Assist with influencer outreach, communications, and relationship management to support show growth and strategic partnerships. • Contribute to live activations and event-based productions as the entertainment portfolio expands. • Experiment with emerging formats, platform trends, and creative approaches to identify scalable, high-performing concepts. • Collaborate closely with project management and editorial teams to maintain creative cohesion and brand consistency across platforms. • Track and analyze monthly performance metrics across social channels to inform optimization and strategic decision-making. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in digital media roles such as Content Creator, Social Media Producer, Creative Strategist, or similar positions where you led or significantly shaped creative concepts. • Experience in entertainment, Latino culture media, influencer ecosystems, or mission-driven storytelling is strongly preferred. • Native-level Spanish speaking and writing proficiency required, with strong English fluency. • Deep understanding of Latino pop culture, internet culture, and Gen Z consumption behavior. • Available to appear on camera when strategically necessary. • Comfortable launching pilots, experimenting with new formats, and iterating based on performance data. • Able to analyze performance metrics including retention, engagement, and growth trends. • Strong communicator who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Benefits: • Flexibility for work and life: Unlike a lot of places, we actually believe that people should only work 40 hours each week, except for occasional sprints that require more time in a week. • Health care at the beginning of your employment with individual premiums fully covered and cost-share for dependents. • Vision and dental plans are available at-cost to the individual. • 15 paid vacation days, 6 paid holidays, 3 paid floating holidays each year and 7.5 paid sick days each year • Professional development funds, with renewal of funds each fiscal year • Cell phone and internet reimbursement (or co-working reimbursement): We acknowledge that working from home requires using your own internet and phone for work purposes so we offer a set reimbursement amount for cell phone and internet usage. • Need-based educational loan assistance after 3 months • 401K contributions and matching program available at the beginning of your employment • Annual office closure during the last week in December
