Project Manager (Contract) Part-Time | 4-Month Contract Accela is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a cross-functional marketing initiative. This contract role will be responsible for organizing, tracking, and driving work from kickoff through completion, ensuring alignment across teams and the timely delivery of high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a cross-functional marketing project from kickoff through completion, partnering closely with creative leads and key stakeholders. Audit, organize, and manage updates to a wide range of marketing assets, including the website, sales materials, and social media templates. Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Manage timelines, resources, and workflows. Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep work on schedule. Maintain clear, consistent communication and alignment across all stakeholders. Work closely with Accela’s website team to ensure consistency across digital and marketing channels. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing, creative services, or related environments. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with creative teams and an understanding of marketing and brand workflows. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
