For more information, please visit www.accelentertainment.com. Job Description: The Regional Relationship Manager will oversee and grow relationships with our route gaming partners. This role is all about building trust, ensuring operational excellence, and driving mutual success across your assigned territory. You’ll be the go-to person for business owners, providing support, training, insights, and strategic guidance to help maximize gaming performance and strengthen partnerships. This role involves understanding the unique needs and preferences of customers in the region and developing strategies to meet those needs while achieving business objectives. Additionally, the Regional Relationship Manager may be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region to drive growth and revenue. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for route partners within your region (e.g., bars, restaurants, truck stops) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with location owners, managers, and staff Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational, service, and performance-related inquiries within the region. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers within the region to ensure consistent partner support and performance. Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth gaming operations, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth Provide training and support on gaming equipment, promotions, reporting tools, and compliance procedures Collaborate with internal teams (techs, compliance, finance, marketing) to address partner needs efficiently Monitor location performance data and make recommendations to improve revenue and player engagement Stay informed on gaming regulations and ensure partner compliance QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience in account management, territory sales, or relationship management, preferably in the gaming, hospitality, or amusement industry Experience managing a team Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Strong professional presence Ability to adapt, organize, and multi-task Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Possess excellent time management Ability to interact with local bar, restaurant, and truck stop owners, as well as commanders of non-profit organizations Knowledge of route operations and gaming regulations is a strong plus Valid driver’s license; clean driving record Minimum of 21 years of age Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including calculating figures and use of a keyboard Occasionally required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds Extensive travel within your assigned region Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud #AEGaming Base Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000 per year This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
