Acara Solutions is seeking Operation Analysts to assist our client, a specialized financial institution investor services team in Wilmington, DE. Type: 3-month contract Hourly Rate: up to $33.00/HR, DOE Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day remote Responsibilities • Support the administration of daily activities for the oversight of collective investment funds. • Assist with operational tasks related to fund launches, mergers, liquidations, terminations, and other product initiatives. • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, resolve issues, and address inquiries. • Generate and review reports within your area of responsibility to ensure operational oversight and effectively handle inquiries. • Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues, address production concerns, and manage general inquiries. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational processes and procedures. • Maintain responsibility for identifying, assessing, and managing risks and risk events, ensuring adherence to relevant policies, procedures, risk appetites, and tolerances. Escalate and record incidents promptly and accurately. • Perform other duties as assigned.
