Serve as the first and last client contact, manage client-stylist liaison duties, and maintain top-level customer service while handling multiple tasks efficiently in a busy salon environment.
Part-time to full-time availability, ability to lift 25+ pounds, stand for 6+ hours, professional phone etiquette, and willingness to commit at least one year.
This position is between part time and full time, although the right candidate could be full time. Pay is DOE. Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and work on their feet for 6+ hours. Professional phone etiquette is an absolute. Prior knowledge of Rosy Salon Software would be helpful but not necessary. This is NOT a temporary position. If only available for the summer or seasonally, please do NOT apply. We are looking for candidates that want to stay for a minimum of 1 year or longer. The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent hospitality, organizational skills, and is efficient. You will be the first and last contact with the client, serving as liaison between the stylist and client; representing the salon in all aspects. Good communication, kindness, and professionalism are a must. We are a busy salon with lots to do in a day, so you must be able to manage a running list of tasks, prioritize those tasks with new ones that pop up daily, and still provide top line customer service to every person that walks in the door. About the salon: Located on Snoqualmie Ridge, Acacia Hair Salon is an established salon. We are open 7 days a week. Each of our stylists offer the most up to date services, treatments, and cuts to our loyal and expanding client base. We also offer makeup services, styling services, and an excellent array of products to serve all our customer's needs.
