Overview Location: Hybrid arrangement; Office located in Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Full time Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card The A.C.Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a Sr. BI Analyst role. This individual will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that ensure effective data utilization for informed decision-making. Responsibilities Leading the design and development of complex BI solutions to meet business requirements Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of data models and ETL processes Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior BI developers and analysts Evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance BI capabilities Ensuring data quality and integrity across all BI solutions Creating and upholding comprehensive documentation for BI processes and solutions Participating in the strategic planning and roadmap development for BI initiatives Improving the performance and efficiency of BI applications through tuning and optimization techniques Working closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate BI solutions with other systems Providing expertise in data visualization and dashboard development Qualifications Required: 8+ years of relevant Business Intelligence experience Strong expertise with SQL and SQL Server, including SSAS, SSRS, and SSIS Excellent communication skills with ability to meet with business leaders to understand and document reporting requirements Specific experience building and enhancing data cubes Preferred: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Any experience utilizing MS Power BI Any experience with MDX and MDAX querying languages Any background in Accounting/Finance
