Overview Location: Remote Job Type: Full Time / Contract Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate need for an IT Product Manager - Work Management. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Science or related field and 3+ years of experience supporting work management platforms at a global, enterprise-level, with demonstrated ability to contribute to all stages of large-scale technology implementation. Deep, hands-on administrative and design expertise with Monday.com is also required. Responsibilities Responsible for the full lifecycle of Client's work management technology products that support teams globally. This includes platforms such as Monday.com—currently the primary focus due to customer demand—as well as other work management tools utilized for managing key workflows, processes, data, and metrics. Define and execute a product roadmap for the individual work management solutions, with a current emphasis on the Monday.com platform. Research, design, and implement highly scalable solutions and workflows, constantly seeking and addressing inefficiencies across custom and purchased technologies. Partner closely with the Product Line Manager of Work Management to align product strategy, roadmap priorities, and platform capabilities with evolving business needs. Manage day-to-day operations and the administration of work management products, with focus on coordinating customer requests and support activities (bug fixes and enhancements). Work closely with global and regional stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements for projects, work requests, and change activities related to work management technologies. Lead the capture, analysis, and integrations of lessons learned from product initiatives to inform future strategy. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate product-related risk to ensure continuity, compliance, and performance of platforms, processes, and workflows. Oversee the integration of data from existing systems into work management platforms by leading efforts in data profiling, cleansing, and transformation. Lead the analysis, planning, and implementation of integrations between work management technologies and internal/external systems to streamline workflows and enhance data connectivity. Collaborate with the IT Product Line Manager and business stakeholders to ensure cost-effective license allocation, prevent overages, and support compliance with vendor agreements. Define and manage account-level permissions within work management technologies to ensure secure, role-based access aligned with operational needs. Review and execute operational processes, including change management, account management, and business process owner agreements to ensure governance, consistency, and alignment with IT policies and procedures. Contribute to the selection and evaluation of work management technologies, platforms, and hardware, ensuring alignment with technical standards and business needs. Collaborate on design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security discussions with IT Product Line Manager , technical teams, business partners, and vendors for work management technologies. Engage with IT leaders, infrastructure, and corporate security resources to ensure work management products comply with IT best practices, standards, strategy, and laws. Define and execute technical deployments and test plans, validating with business users. Create and update process documentation and maintain existing knowledge bases. Demonstrate ability to navigate the complexities of global solution deployment, including considerations for cultural differences, language variations, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, etc.), and regional infrastructure requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Science, or a related subject from an accredited institution Experience Required: 3 years of product management experience supporting work management platforms at a global, enterprise-level, and demonstrated ability to contribute to all stages of large-scale technology implementations. Deep, hands-on administrative and design expertise with Monday.com (covering feature design, product road mapping, and system support) Proven history of translating high-level business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories for new product development or significant enhancements. Demonstrated expertise in architecting integrations between SaaS work management platforms (Monday.com) and the core Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) to ensure a seamless, secure, and scalable enterprise workflow. Experience collaborating with international teams and stakeholders across different time zones to achieve common project or product goals. Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies Familiarity with Windows, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem of collaboration tools
