This individual will build and scale a world-class people organization inside a fast-growing, multi-site enterprise, driving measurable improvements in hiring, retention, leadership capability, and workforce performance. Responsibilities Provide leadership to an HR team of 15 including 6 direct reports. Serve as strategic advisor to CEO and executive team on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural direction. Build scalable recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality-of-hire. Implement performance systems with clear expectations, measurable outcomes, and meaningful consequences. Design leadership development programs that create promotable talent across all levels. Own compensation and incentive design to align labor spend with performance and profitability. Modernize HR systems, analytics, and reporting to give leaders real-time visibility into workforce metrics. Lead employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation across multi-state operations. Qualifications Required: 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience within an enterprise-level, multi-location company Specific experience providing strategic direction to an HR department and an organization as a whole (min. of 1K employees) 5+ years of experience providing supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Managers and Directors Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of leading HRIS and HCM technologies Preferred: Specific experience leading M&A people integration Any experience interfacing with labor unions and leading union negotiations Any experience with international payroll/employment law - Mexico and/or Canada
