Full Description

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team! Apply now! Location - Sapulpa, Ok Pay - $17 p/h Schedule - Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to distributors through phone calls, emails, faxes, and mail inquiries. 2. Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Handle shipping inquiries, marketing and compensation questions, order processing, product inquiries, product returns, and event and promotion issues. 4. Contact distributors who have placed chargebacks and work towards reconciling payment. 5. Assist with resignation refunds, enter sales tax certificates, and perform account research to answer commission questions. 6. This position is subject to non-traditional working hours, to include rotating Saturday shifts. Work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST to ensure coverage during designated hours. 7. Other duties as requested by business need. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION: 1. Genuine interest in assisting callers and providing outstanding customer service. 2. Positive and enthusiastic attitude. 3. Proactive assessment of situations and ability to work independently. 4. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. 5. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Excellent phone skills. 8. Computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 9. Team player with 1-3 years of call center/customer service experience. 10. Excellent attendance and punctuality. 11. Proficient in typing accuracy, basic math, and spelling. 12. Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred. 13. Consistent and regular attendance is expected. Abundant Solutions 5151 S.
