Role: We are seeking coachable individuals who are willing to follow a proven process toward their goals. We are hiring part-time and full-time sales and development roles. You could be new to the industry, or a seasoned vet. Requirements: • Life and Health licensed or willing to take the steps to become fully licensed (assistance is available) • Desire to learn industry skills to best serve our clientele • Excellent communication skills • High degree of integrity, and time management skills What to Expect: Our agents have the opportunity to earn high 5-figure to mid-six figure incomes within their first year. Results are based on your hard work and dedication to your craft. You can win in this business if you are willing to put the work in and follow a proven training and sales system. The Opportunity: There is a clear path to earning 6 or 7-figures annually and earning passive income.
