US SAP Contract Recruiter – Business Development Lead (NEW LOGO FOCUS) Location: UK (remote / hybrid, US hours) or US-based Package: Competitive base + uncapped commission on new US contract GP + long-term incentives This Role Is About Building — Not Delivering Our client has an established US legal entity, strong European SAP brand recognition, and active US SAP contract demand — but no dedicated person owning US business development. They are not looking for a delivery-focused recruiter. They are hiring a business builder to win new US clients, create a high-margin SAP contract book, and ultimately stand up a US team. If your background is mainly filling roles from existing accounts, this role will not be the right fit. The Opportunity This is a greenfield US SAP contract desk with full ownership and commercial accountability. Depending on location, this could be: • A UK-based SAP recruiter working US East Coast hours, with the option to relocate to the US, or • A US-based SAP contract recruiter ready to lead and scale a new US practice You will be expected to open doors, win new logos, and create revenue, not wait for jobs to arrive. Key Responsibilities (BD-First) • Own and drive new client acquisition in the US SAP contract market • Build and execute a clear go-to-market strategy (initially East Coast focused) • Win new MSAs, preferred supplier status, and project-based SAP contract work • Develop a profitable SAP contract book from scratch • Manage the full contract lifecycle after you win the work (intake → onboarding → extensions) • Build long-term relationships with US hiring managers, procurement, and decision-makers • Work with leadership to hire and lead a US delivery team once revenue justifies it • Act as the face of the business in the US SAP market ESSENTIAL Experience (Non-Negotiable) • Proven experience as a SAP contract recruiter with direct new-business responsibility • Clear track record of winning new US client accounts (not just servicing them) • Experience building a contract book from new logos • Strong working knowledge of SAP markets (S/4HANA, ECC, functional & technical roles) • Comfortable working US hours and operating autonomously ⚠️ Candidates whose experience is primarily delivery, account management, or resourcing will not be considered.
