The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to support and streamline commercial activities at Abridge. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Systems & Analytics , you will play a crucial role in coordinating commercial activities, supporting marketing operations, processing deals and orders, and ensuring the integrity of our CRM data. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and improving cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, and customer success. What You’ll Do Coordinate Commercial Activities: Schedule, organize, and align critical commercial activities such as customer demos, roadmap meetings, and internal commercial sessions, ensuring seamless execution and communication. Support Marketing Operations: Assist with essential marketing operations tasks including managing list uploads, coordinating outreach efforts, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to streamline campaign execution. Maintain CRM Integrity: Regularly audit, clean, and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and usability, supporting reliable reporting and effective decision-making across the commercial organization. Process Deals and Orders: Facilitate the processing of orders and deals, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and communicated to the finance team for revenue compliance and recognition. Process Optimization: Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce redundancies, and ensure smooth workflows across commercial and marketing activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partner Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to support initiatives, reporting, drive alignment, and enhance overall operational effectiveness. What You’ll Bring 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales/marketing support, or a related role, ideally within a SaaS or health tech environment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to maintaining high data quality and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating across teams. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
