These roles are remote by default, with hearing and deposition requirements varying by position and location. The practice focuses on administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation, including EPLI and PEO matters, supported by strong internal teams and no business development expectations. Attorneys may select flexible billable hour targets (approximately 1500 or 1800), allowing for meaningful work-life balance while continuing to handle substantive matters. Fully remote opportunities are available in California, as well as EPLI-focused positions in CA, NY, AZ, and TX.
