ABM Industries is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic Executive Recruiting Team and assist in attracting and retaining key leadership talent. This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (In-office 4 days/week) and may be located in NY, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, or Raleigh, NC. As an ABM Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional leaders across the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, applying deep knowledge of factors relevant to the business to develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success. Key Responsibilities: • Partner closely with senior leadership to lead the end-to-end recruitment of business-critical leadership roles across the enterprise. • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of leadership talent for short and long term needs that incorporate relationship building and succession planning. • Deliver a white-glove candidate and hiring partner experience, ensuring thoughtful, personalized engagement throughout the hiring journey. • Act as a consultative talent advisor, providing market intelligence, competitive insights, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions. • Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for open and future positions. • Build a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals. • Manage recruitment databases and track key performance metrics. • Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations. • Assist in developing and implementing onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. • Partner and collaborate with Human Resources, Total Rewards/Compensation, TA Leadership, Hiring Managers, and other internal business partners. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), demonstrating successful direct sourcing techniques and effective relationship management skills. • 5–7 years of experience in executive search or recruitment of senior-level roles • A proven track record of successfully managing and closing senior roles in a complex organization. • Exceptional interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders. • Proven experience recruiting for professional positions, preferably in technical (i.e. mechanical, eMobility, electrical, engineering), corporate functions, facilities management or building/facilities engineering fields. • Knowledgeable in full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment. Pay: $100,000 - $135,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
