What You'll Do: As an LPN at Abe’s Garden, you'll play a key role in enhancing the lives of our residents through: • Supervising and guiding care partners, offering training and support. • Monitoring and documenting residents’ health, behaviors, and vital signs. • Administering medications and treatments to promote residents’ well-being. • Providing physical assessments and maintaining health histories. • Responding to emergencies and offering emotional support to residents and families. • Assisting with daily living activities as needed, including bathing, grooming, and engagement. • Acting as a trusted liaison between residents, families, physicians, and support services.
