Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Customer Officer at Abdulla Fouad for Medical Supplies & Services Company (AFMS). The role involves leading the customer success strategy, managing and enhancing customer experience, developing and overseeing account management practices, and spearheading business development initiatives to drive company growth. The Chief Customer Officer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and a seamless service experience. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships • Demonstrated ability to strategize and optimize Customer Experience • Experience and knowledge in Sales and Business Development • Proficiency in Project Management for customer-focused initiatives • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently in a remote role and manage multiple tasks • Previous experience in the medical supplies and services sector is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
