Title: Java Developer - Blue2 / Local Integration Programmer Duration: 6-12 months Contract Location: Fully Remote Rate: Upto $65-$75/hr on W2 (All inclusive / no benefits) Job Description: Required Experience: • BCBS applications/integrations: Blue2, ITS, Datanet • Strong expertise in web services and API development/maintenance (SOAP & REST) Preferred / Additional Skills: • BlueCard Modernization experience • APIGEE connectivity • Java, Spring Boot • Linux • IBM MQ • SQL (various platforms) • Tomcat • GitHub • Soft Skills: • Strong communication skills • Ability to think creatively and problem-solve • Able to lead while also collaborating effectively with existing teams Remote Skills: Application Integration, Application Programming Interface (API), Communication Skills, IBM WebSphere MQ (Message Queue), Java, Leadership, Linux Operating System, Problem Solving Skills, REST (Representational State Transfer), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), SQL (Structured Query Language), Software Engineering, Tomcat, Web Services About the Company: ABCS, Inc.
