Job Summary The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the ability to align company offerings with client goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise, negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset to expand business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executives within client organizations. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand existing accounts. Meet and exceed sales quotas and business growth objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. Conduct business reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their long-term goals. Ensure favorable terms for both the company and clients while maintaining long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring seamless communication. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience in Account Management or related field Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data and develop customer-centric strategies. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Strong business acumen and market awareness.
