Onboarding Project Manager As a member of our global onboarding team, you will be responsible for managing the complete business and financial integration of new customers onto ABC’s platforms, typically within 90 to 120 days of joining. This role ensures client needs are met through the development and delivery of application solutions, systems, and processes based on requirements gathered during discovery and sales. The manager oversees project planning, scheduling, staffing, and budget constraints, serving as the primary client contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Lead and manage client onboarding projects, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues. Facilitate requirements discussions and document business and financial integration needs. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Provide specialized training and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of ABC’s solutions. Track client interactions and project progress using Salesforce or designated CRM tools. Approve deliverables and oversee post-delivery signoff. Generate client-specific reports for financial, production, marketing, and demographic insights. Collaborate with software development to advocate for product enhancements. Transition clients to the Client Management Division upon project completion. Maintain expert-level knowledge of ABC’s client-facing software and systems. Record and submit expenses in accordance with company policy. Perform additional duties as assigned. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate skills in Word, Access, Outlook, and OneNote. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.
