Why this role matters We are hiring our first Go-To-Market Recruiter to build and scale GTM hiring across Sales, Growth, Partnerships, and Marketing. This is a foundational hire that will directly influence how quickly we enter new markets and reach more families. You will work closely with our leaders to shape our hiring strategy and own execution end-to-end. Recruiting at Abby Care is a strategic function. You will be embedded in business conversations, understand how revenue and market expansion work, and hire the talent that powers our growth flywheel. Why this role is different You will build the GTM recruiting engine from 0 to 1, including sourcing strategies, interview loops, scorecards, and closing motions. You will work directly with executive leadership. Your work will have an immediate and measurable impact on revenue, state expansion, and operational capacity. Clear path to grow into leading GTM recruiting or broader business recruiting functions as the company scales. You will help shape the Abby Care GTM talent brand and create narratives that attract top talent. What you will do Build and Scale GTM Hiring Hire 30+ GTM roles across Sales, Expansion, Partnerships, and Marketing in 2026. Source proactively and build a repeatable, multi-channel pipeline engine. Create interview loops, playbooks, scorecards, and processes that increase signal and reduce time-to-hire. Run full-cycle recruiting with strong alignment to revenue and market expansion goals. Partner with Leadership Partner directly with the COO, VP of Sales, and Head of Operations to forecast GTM hiring needs tied to growth goals. Lead weekly pipeline reviews and influence prioritization and headcount planning. Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers. Build the Abby Care GTM Talent Brand Craft outbound messaging that resonates with healthcare, sales, and operational talent. Build community touchpoints, GTM narratives, and talent-facing content. Represent Abby Care at select industry or recruiting events. Close Top Talent Run effective closing strategies that combine clarity, speed, and storytelling. Develop strong candidate relationships and navigate comp, incentives, and market dynamics with credibility. What we’re looking for Required 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ yrs hiring GTM roles (Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations). Ability to manage 10+ active requisitions in a fast-paced, high-change environment. Strong sourcing capability with experience building pipeline from scratch. Experience recruiting in operationally complex or high-growth environments. Highly organized, metrics-driven, and able to prioritize with urgency. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Low ego, high ownership, and strong bias for action.
