Title: QA Inspector Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 12 Months 100% Onsite Work time: 06.00am to 02.30pm About the Role We are seeking Quality Inspector to inspect incoming commodities, sub-assemblies, and final manufactured products. This role ensures all materials meet applicable drawings, specifications, and quality standards before entering or leaving the production process. Key Responsibilities • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on mechanical, chemical, printed materials, and components that may include potential bio-hazard items. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T requirements. • Utilize various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), microscopes, and other measurement systems. • Conduct visual, dimensional, and system-level inspections according to work instructions and specifications. • Document inspection results in the quality system and communicate non-conformances to the Quality team. • Support manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure product quality throughout the Final manufacturing process. • Follow all quality procedures, safety protocols, and company standards. Qualifications • 0-2 years of inspection or quality assurance experience. • High School Diploma required. • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications. • Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and basic inspection methods. • Experience with CMM operation or willingness to train. • Manufacturing or assembly environment experience preferred. • Medical device experience not required but considered a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
