This role spans internal training, external education, and global curriculum development, ensuring consistency, clinical excellence, and alignment with global regulatory and ethical standards. The incumbent will partner cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, and regional teams to deliver scalable, innovative programs for internal stakeholders and external healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinicians. What You'll Work On Internal Training (Commercial & Launch Enablement): Global sales onboarding: Deliver foundational product and therapy knowledge programs for global sales teams, clearly distinguishing product knowledge from selling skills. Global launch training: Provide clinical and product education to support global launch readiness; collaborate with regional enablement teams for localization. Regional enablement: Partner with regional training leads (including U.S.) to ensure consistent execution of internal education aligned with global standards. External Education (HCPs, KOLs, Clinicians, Patients): Global program design: Create non-promotional, clinically focused education programs for physicians and allied professionals, ensuring compliance with Global Regulatory bodies and codes. Regional execution partnerships: Collaborate with APAC, EMEA, CALA, and U.S. Med Ed teams for localized delivery. KOL engagement: Build and maintain relationships with global KOLs to enable peer-to-peer education, advisory boards, and proctoring programs. Global Curriculum & Digital Development: Curriculum architecture: Define standardized global curricula for portfolio education, ensuring alignment with “Intended For Use” (IFU), regulatory requirements, and clinical best practices. Instructional design & digital platforms: Lead development of agile, on-demand learning solutions, including train-the-trainer programs, virtual simulations, and modular e-learning. Content governance: Collaborate with Medical Affairs subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance; implement continuous improvement based on learner feedback and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities Establish governance and SOPs for global training and education programs, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and regional bodies and codes. Drive innovation in education delivery through digital tools, immersive technologies, and scalable frameworks. Monitor program effectiveness using competency assessments, adoption metrics, and compliance audits. Serve as the global point of contact for internal and external education initiatives, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Travel internationally (30–40%).
