Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot complex instruments, maintain documentation, and perform routine maintenance and installations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, customer interfacing skills, troubleshooting/problem-solving ability, teamwork and independent work capability, and computer skills including remote computing.
