The Associate Digital Solution Owner will define and communicate a digital, end-to-end solution, ensuring that Workplace initiatives provide value at the time of release. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and product teams to define project scope and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience in an Agile Product Development environment and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. A four-year degree and experience in healthcare or related industries are preferred.

We are looking for an Associate Digital Solution Owner to define and communicate a digital, end-to-end, solution, ensuring that Workplace initiatives provide value at time of Release. This role is for a junior member of our Digital Solutions Team, where under the direction and support of senior Solution Owners, you will use your skills to develop a solid understanding of the business processes, systems, dependencies, and other project needs to provide a solution that meets the needs of multiple types of users. Partnering with stakeholders and product teams, you will collaboratively define the high-level scope for the project and represent IT in design activities while defining the solution. You will also maintain alignment of other teams and team members involved in the project and work closely with development on the specifications to ensure their Agile team has all the information they need to deliver a complete product to market. What You’ll Work On Work with stakeholders and product team to understand the business case(s) and vision of the project. Help define the MVP and future iterations of the project. Coordinate IT design activities, working with UX, architecture, and technical leads. Represent and communicate IT estimates and plans. Balance the timeline with changes or scope creep. Maintain alignment between the Agile team(s) and stakeholders from handoff to delivery. Support stakeholder efforts to align delivery with business readiness. Ensure that the design and delivery of the solution is useable and valuable at time of delivery. Fulfill Product Owner responsibilities while acting as a PO on a development team. Translate solution into detailed requirements and prototypes. Get answers for the team to clarify details as they are developing the application. Serve as the voice of the business for the Scrum team to ensure requested features are clearly understood. Work with the agile team to prioritize the backlog and prioritize support work as needed. Manage dependencies in and across sprints and releases. Perform demos to all stakeholders on a regular basis. Keep stakeholders apprised of progress and incorporate their feedback. Provide backlog grooming and elaboration of the user stories to help with sprint planning. Participate with the Scrum Team on sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Ensure best solutions are delivered. May occasionally write formal business requirements for projects using a waterfall SDLC. Ensure that compliance, security and regulatory requirements are met on all projects.
