Overview Abacus Technology is seeking a Performance and Evaluation Specialist to support NASA OSTEM projects and investments. This is a full-time position at Johnson Space Center. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret data using statistical software and mathematical techniques. Present information using data visualization techniques. Provide insights and recommendations based on the quantitative research to support decision making. Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders in the form of reports and presentations. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments in evaluation and quantitative research. Qualifications 10+ years experience providing technical and functional expertise. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Extensive experience with quantitative research and data visualization. Demonstrated experience working with data to report, analyze, and draw data-driven insights using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Experience with collaboration software including MS Teams and SharePoint. Experience with email marketing software (Constant Contact) and database management (MSI Exchange). Knowledge of NASA STEM Gateway (CRM Dashboards, Adhoc Reports) and reporting platforms (Business Objects Warehouse). Experience in the following areas: quantitative and qualitative data analysis; research design; communication; writing (assumptions, narratives, insights, and content for annual report); and critical thinking. Must have strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills. Knowledge of K-12 and higher education educational research and policy. Must be able to adapt to changing requirements for analysis and reporting. Knowledge and understanding of services and best practices for Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs). Experience with MS Office Suite. Must be a US citizen.
