We are seeking a motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to join a busy third-party logistics (3PL) site serving multiple customers. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all warehouse functions. The position is immediately available and offers the opportunity to convert into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities: • Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. • Coordinate workflows to meet service-level agreements for multiple customers. • Supervise and train warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts, audits, and reporting. • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency. • Act as a liaison between customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve service concerns. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications: • Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL environment. • Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage diverse teams. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to support workforce and customer communication. • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. • P&L experience. • Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedules (overnight/early morning shifts). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm. Must be flexible to work weekends/evenings if neded.
