Seeking individual to operate an ABA clinic and grow it. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise clinical staff, including behavior analysts, therapists, and support personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education strategies. • Oversee patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake processes to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with individual needs. • Coordinate behavioral therapy sessions and interventions tailored for children and individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. • Manage data collection efforts to monitor progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and inform ongoing care strategies. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation, medical records, and sensitive patient information securely. • Conduct regular staff training on behavioral health protocols, medical terminology, patient care standards, and documentation procedures. • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive patient care plans. • Facilitate quality assurance activities by reviewing clinical documentation, conducting audits, and implementing improvements based on data analysis. • Maintain a thorough understanding of medical terminology and records management related to behavioral health services. • Promote a positive team environment that encourages professional development while fostering compassionate patient interactions. Qualifications • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. • Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience with special education methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting with excellent organizational skills. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and medical terminology relevant to behavioral health. • Experience in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments within a behavioral health context. • Familiarity with data collection tools used for tracking treatment progress and outcomes. • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and compliance tasks. • Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, education, or related field; advanced certifications or licensure preferred.
