(AARF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in Forsyth County that provides foster and medical services to homeless and abandoned dogs and cats. AARF improves the health of the pet community through adoption, spay/neuter programs, high-quality animal care professionals, community outreach, and education. Founded in 1995, AARF is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Foster/Volunteer Coordinator located in Winston-Salem, NC. The Foster/Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for training, and overseeing foster care operations. The Coordinator will also communicate with volunteers, address concerns, and ensure the smooth operation of volunteer activities and foster services. Qualifications • Skills in Volunteer Training and Volunteer Management • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities • Compassion for animals and experience in animal care is highly beneficial • Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
