We’re a family-owned Pest Control company looking for a full-time Customer Support Associate who can work Monday through Friday (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) at our office building in Lynnwood. Qualifications: • Must enjoy answering phones. • Strong knowledge of the Puget Sound area (cities, streets, neighborhoods) • Has good communication skills and customer service skills. • Have a positive, friendly personality. • Must be very reliable • Good computer skills and internet savvy • Able to learn new systems quickly • Work well with other Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Answer phones, respond to e-mails and text messages • Schedule technicians routes • Coordinate with customers and technicians • Take customer payments • Call for overdue payments (collections) • Perform various other administrative functions or duties as needed Previouse experiance in Pest control or with FieldRoutes software would be awesome, but not required.
