Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our engineering organization, spanning software and hardware functions, with some international (UK) hiring support. You’ll join a lean, highly collaborative recruiting team and play a meaningful role in scaling the company during its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a recruiter who has a solid technical foundation, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is excited to recruit for complex, mission-driven engineering work, particularly in satellite communications, telecommunications, and aerospace-adjacent domains. Key Responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and senior engineering roles across software and hardware teams Partner closely with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and near- and long-term hiring needs Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry-specific communities Recruit for roles within satcom, telecom, aerospace, or adjacent deep-tech domains, translating highly technical requirements into compelling candidate messaging Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical alignment, motivation, and overall fit Support international hiring efforts, primarily in the UK, coordinating across time zones and aligning with People Ops on regional hiring considerations Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a high-touch, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and provide regular updates on funnel health, risks, and hiring progress Collaborate with the broader People team to improve interview processes, role calibration, and hiring efficiency Required Qualifications: 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience, supporting engineering roles in software and/or hardware Prior experience recruiting for satcom, telecom, aerospace, defense, networking, or infrastructure-heavy engineering teams Strong sourcing skills and demonstrated success engaging passive technical candidates for hard-to-fill roles Experience partnering closely with technical hiring managers and navigating complex role requirements Comfort working in startup or high-growth environments with lean teams and evolving priorities Familiarity with international recruiting (UK preferred) or strong interest in expanding into global hiring Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills A candidate-first mindset with a strong commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting across hardware-software integrated systems (e.g., embedded, systems, RF, optical, networking) Exposure to government, aerospace, or regulated environments, including working with security- or compliance-sensitive roles Experience contributing to or improving recruiting processes, interview frameworks, or employer branding efforts Experience recruiting cleared candidates What We Offer: Innovative Environment: Work at a cutting-edge company shaping the future of aerospace communications.
