Role Description This is a full-time( C2C/W2) remote role for a Sr. Lead Core Java Developer. The Sr. Lead Core Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. The candidate will work on microservices architecture, enhance existing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions. Additional tasks include implementing best coding practices, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while guiding junior developers. Note: Strong Core Java Developer + Rest API + Microservices + Azure Experience + Strong SQL Database + Experience in Firco (Sanction Tool) is must Client: Banking Client Rate: $ on C2C Interview: Video + Client In-Person interview (Need local resumes only) Our Challenge: • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Core Java Developer / Lead with extensive experience in RestAPI development, Microservices architecture, and Azure Cloud. • The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL database expertise and have hands-on experience with Firco (Sanction Tool) to support our compliance and sanctions screening operations. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust core Java applications. • Build and optimize RestAPI services for seamless integration and communication across microservices. • Architect and implement microservices using industry best practices. • Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environment, ensuring high availability and performance. • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and design database schemas. • Integrate and work with Firco (Sanction Tool) for compliance screening and sanctions validation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to standards. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Overall 10+ years of IT experience is required • Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+). • Hands-on experience developing and consuming RestAPIs. • Extensive knowledge of Microservices architecture and design patterns. • Experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications on Azure Cloud Services. • Strong SQL database skills (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) including writing complex queries, stored procedures. • Proven experience working with Firco (Sanction Tool) or similar sanctions screening tools. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus). • Good understanding of version control systems like Git. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus. • Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular or React (optional). • Certification in Java, Azure, or Microservices is advantageous.
