Prior customer service experience, excellent communication, multitasking ability, high school diploma, quiet workspace with direct Ethernet, and ability to attend virtual meetings.
Description: • Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions related to insurance policies and AAA memberships • Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services • Engage with members using strong communication and a friendly, problem-solving mindset • Think quickly and critically to resolve issues—this is not a scripted environment • Navigate multiple systems and tools while actively listening and multitasking • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Participate in ongoing coaching and development to continually enhance performance • Maintain productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting Requirements: • Prior customer service experience (recent call center experience preferred) • Spanish fluency is a plus • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) • Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time • Flexible, “can-do” mindset and willingness to adapt to change • High school diploma or GED • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • Must reside within 80 miles of 12901 N Forty Dr, St. Louis, MO 63141 • Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions (work-from-home requirement) • Direct Ethernet connection to ISP required (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.) • Modem/Router must be in the same room as computer equipment • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions • Availability during standard business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments Benefits: • Health coverage for medical, dental, vision • 401(K) saving plan with company match • Pension • Tuition assistance • PTO for community volunteer programs • Wellness program • Employee discounts (membership, insurance, travel, entertainment, services and more!) • Company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement • Comprehensive benefits package • Ongoing coaching and development/training
