The Group is the main catalyst for innovation and cost savings for the global automotive industry DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager EMEA & Americas to accelerate A2MAC1’s growth across both regions by generating demand, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement through targeted digital marketing initiatives and impactful regional event s.In this role, you will lead and optimize regional marketing activities, including campaign execution, demand generation, content development, and event collaboration. You will work closely with global and regional marketing teams, as well as local stakeholders, to tailor marketing strategies to regional needs and deliver measurable business impac KEY RESPONSABILITIES Regional Campaign & Demand Generation Management • Plan, execute, and optimize regional lead generation campaigns aligned with global marketing strategies. • Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows to drive prospects through the sales funnel. • Tailor global brand awareness campaigns to regional markets, adapting messaging, content, and channels to local audiences. Content & Communication Strategy • Create, adapt, and manage content for region-specific channels, ensuring alignment with A2MAC1’s brand standards. • Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing organization to refine regional marketing approaches based on customer needs, market intelligence, and business priorities. Events & Engagement • Coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure event initiatives support regional priorities and global marketing objectives. • Collaborate with the Event Manager EMEA & NA to deliver impactful events that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships. Reporting & Performance Analysis • Monitor, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance, providing insights and improvement recommendations. • Track KPIs across campaigns, lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness to measure impact and inform strategy. Key Measures & Indicators • Lead generation across channels and activities • Brand awareness REQUIREMENTS Professional Background • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing. • Strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing. • Knowledge of event management. • Experience working in global organizations with regional responsibilities. • Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes. • Background in automotive and/or SaaS is a plus. Skills & Abilities • Proficiency with marketing CRM tools (HubSpot or Zoho Marketing Automation preferred). • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and optimize initiatives. • Deep understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and digital marketing channels throughout the sales funnel. • Skilled in content creation and localization, with talent for storytelling. • Strong stakeholder management abilities to align cross-functional teams with regional priorities. • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global environments. • Native English speaker preferred; French is a plus. • Willingness and flexibility to travel.
