Job Description: • Formulating and presenting strategic recommendations • Writing clearly and concisely, especially on very technical topics • Breaking down complex initiatives into agile, iterative delivery projects • Enthusiastically advocating for human-centered methods • Navigating complex organizational relationships to resolve questions and blockers • Building inclusive, respectful partnerships with diverse groups of people, including government employees, contractors, and healthcare providers • Active participation in client virtual meetings—including being on camera—is an essential function that helps strengthen trust and open communication Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree plus 8+ years of full-time related professional experience, or 11+ years of full-time related professional experience without a degree. • Content strategy experience, including auditing, assessment, and management processes • Appropriate attention to structure, voice, and tone in content design • Critical thinking, clarification of ambiguity, and problem-solving • Comfort in presenting and sharing work, even when it's still in progress • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product managers • Developing strong partnerships across organizational boundaries • Collegial engagement with subject matter experts • Experience delivering content strategy in federal, state, or local government agencies or highly regulated industries Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development
