The Growth Program Manager is responsible for driving execution discipline and accountability across all growth initiatives, including greenfield launches and acquisition integrations. This role ensures functional leaders clearly own their commitments, deadlines are met, and execution issues are surfaced and resolved quickly. Rather than owning workstreams, this role enforces clarity of ownership, tracks commitments, escalates breakdowns, and supports leaders by removing coordination friction — without replacing functional accountability. The Growth Program Manager serves as the operational backbone of growth execution, ensuring initiatives move forward decisively and leadership is never surprised. What You Do Greenfield & Integration Execution Discipline Ensure each functional leader clearly owns defined launch and integration deliverables Drive kickoff alignment so ownership, timelines, and success criteria are explicit Track commitments and follow up with leaders to ensure on-time completion Surface risks, delays, or ownership gaps early and escalate as needed Support execution without replacing functional ownership Cross-Functional Accountability Maintain clear visibility into who owns what across Ops, HR, IT, Finance, Marketing Hold leaders accountable to agreed-upon timelines and commitments Push decisions forward by clarifying blockers and driving resolution Act as the escalation point when execution stalls or ownership is unclear Ensure information flows cleanly across teams and leadership Targeted Execution Support (Not Ownership Replacement) Step in tactically only when explicitly assigned or approved Execute discrete tasks to unblock progress — not absorb entire workstreams Transition execution back to functional owners once stabilized Document handoffs to prevent recurring ownership gaps Growth Operations & Leadership Enablement Prepare agendas, action-item lists, and follow-ups that reinforce accountability Ensure leadership meetings end with clear owners and next steps Track commitments and close loops post-meeting Maintain organized, accessible Growth materials and timelines What You Bring Strong ability to drive accountability without formal authority Comfortable holding leaders to commitments respectfully and directly Exceptional follow-through and escalation judgment Clear, concise communicator who enforces clarity Thrives in fast-moving environments with imperfect information Bias toward ownership, deadlines, and results Key Attributes for Success Functional leaders consistently own and deliver their commitments Growth initiatives move forward without last-minute fire drills Execution risks are identified early, not after deadlines are missed Leadership spends less time chasing updates and more time making decisions Accountability is clear, visible, and enforced across Growth #INDA1 Benefits and other cool stuff: · Medical, dental, vision, 401K · Paid Time Off · Weekly Pay · Internal Promotion opportunities · Company swag (Please note: benefits are not available for part time, temporary or contract roles) A1 Garage Door (and affiliate companies) provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
