Company Description Established in 1997, A-Plus Meetings & Incentives is a premier corporate meeting and incentive trip planning firm based in Coral Gables, Florida. Our team plans over 70 events per year, ranging from board meetings for 20 attendees to incentive trips and sales conferences for up to 3,000 individuals. With a focus on personalized customer service and meticulous attention to detail, we aim to deliver seamless events that exceed expectations. A-Plus is part of the M-Plus Global Events group, recognized for excellence in meeting and incentive travel management as one of MeetingsNet's 2024 CMI 25: Top 25 Meeting & Incentive Companies. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Meeting Coordinator based in Coral Gables, FL, with one required day in the office weekly, as well as frequent travel. Additional in-office days may be required as needed to fulfill the requirements of the position. The Meeting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Meeting Planners in the coordination of logistics of corporate meetings and incentive trips, communicating with clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with event planning tasks, and completing administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications • Meeting Planning and Event Planning skills • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities • Experience in Administrative Assistance • Attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Knowledge of corporate event industry trends • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software • Eligibility to work within the United States • Residence within Miami-Dade or Broward County, Florida
