Full Description

Administrative Assistant/Client Care Coordinator A Little Counseling, PLLC is a mental health counseling practice in Wake Forest. We are seeking a motivated, kind, organized and energetic Administrative Assistant to join our front office team and work with caring clinicians who help people with anxiety. Initially, your primary responsibility will be assisting the Counseling Program Director and acting as receptionist 4-5 days a week for approximately 20-25 hours a week. Training time may vary. This position has the potential for growth as the practice grows. Job duties include but are not limited to: supporting clients by phone, email and in person in a professional and warm manner, checking in clients and accepting payment, making appointments, scanning and uploading documents, supporting staff with any tasks and projects as needed, stay in compliance with all HIPAA protocol, and light office cleaning (such as taking out the garbage and wiping high touch surfaces down with disinfectant). REQUIREMENTS • Customer service experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel • Exceptional technological skills and ability to learn new computer programs quickly. • Able to pass both state and federal fingerprinting and criminal background check • Previous office clerical work (preferred) • Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality, (training will be provided as well). • Must work well with others and be energetic • Must be available to work evening hours To schedule an interview, please submit your resume and contact information.
